With the Zircon HD55 Multiscanner, you will be able to tell what’s behind your walls before you lay a hand on them. Maximum security is provided with the four sensor modes onboard this 9 Volt battery-powered tool. You can find studs up to 1 1/2“ deep with the deep sensing mode, with the standard mode sensing studs up to 3/4“ deep. You can set it to locate metal up to 3” deep, and you can set it to locate live wires up to 2” deep! These sensing capabilities, combined with the smartly designed digital readout that lets you know as you get closer to your sensing targets, make it easy to know whether you’re likely to drive into something behind the walls. The tool even projects an arrow onto your work surface which you can then mark for future reference.
