This Whatman Polycap TF 36 PTFE filter device is an excellent disposable encapsulated filters and has a 0.45µm pore size, a male national pipe thread inlet, and a stepped barb outlet. The hydrophobic PTFE membrane housed in a polypropylene capsule is designed for use with solvents and aggressive solutions. It is fully autoclavable and integrity-testable for sterile applications. The capsule filter is manufactured under very clean conditions in a Class 10,000 clean room and under an ISO Quality System. The maximum pressure is 60psi (4.1 bar). Fittings: 1/4 inch Male National Pipe Thread Inlet; Stepped Barb Outlet for 6 to 10mm or 3/8 to 1/2 inch Tubing. Filtration Area, Capsule: 36mm. Pore Size: 0.45µm. 1/Pack. Whatman #: 6711-3604.
