This watch is not touchscreen - which is why I like it. It has "Run," "Run Indoor, "Bike, and "Other" activities. "Other" monitors your heartrate and distance, and I used it when I'd do various gym workouts. I've owned it since it's been new (2016) and took good care of it, despite pictured defects from lots of use. I'm selling because I got a new watch that can monitor pool swims.
