It is actively linked to a silicone resin, providing even more benefit than silane/siloxane-type combos. Ideal to use as a base sealer before applying a finish coat 7 days later. Great around pools. Improved adhesion and better chemical bonding. Attractive, low-sheen finish. Slow drying compared to low-VOC products. Solvent-based, acrylic resin is non-yellowing, UV-resistant, anti-spall, and wear-resistant. Coverage: approx 250 sq. ft. per gallon.
